EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY IN ATLANTA

Event photos,
back within the week.

Conferences, expos, launches, galas and company parties. I work the room quietly and step in when it's time for the group photo.

Send the date, venue, hours of coverage and headcount.

EVENTS FOR   Global Payments · Topo Chico · Montucky Cold Snacks · Greenlam · Suriname

01 WHAT YOU GET

What you get,

and when.

Two men talking at a wooworking expo booth in Atlanta
Exhibitor laughing as she shows a striped hardwood panel at her booth

Most of the time I'm in the background, getting the speakers, the crowd and the conversations in between. When you need a group shot or a photo with a sponsor, I'll set it up and then get back out of the way.

1  Send me the plan. Date, venue, hours of coverage and expected headcount. A run of show helps if you have one.

2  I cover the room. Speakers, panels, booths, people talking between sessions, and the details you spent money on.

3  Group shots on cue. The team, the sponsors, the honorees. I line them up, get the shot, and let everyone get back to the event.

4  Gallery in 3 to 5 days. 30 to 40 edited photos per hour of coverage, in an online gallery you can download and share. Business days.

EVENT COVERAGE FROM $400/HR · 2-HOUR MINIMUM

Nonprofit rates available. Add a same-day sneak peek, 48-hour delivery or a headshot station.

02 WHAT I COVER

Mostly work events.

Some parties too.

Company events, nonprofit nights and the occasional big birthday. If people are showing up somewhere in Atlanta and you want it photographed, ask.

Conferences & panels. Keynotes, breakouts, Q&As and the audience reacting. Enough wide shots to show how full the room was.

Expos & trade shows. Your booth busy, your team talking to people, the product in someone's hands.

Launches & activations. The setup before doors open, then the people actually using it.

Galas & fundraisers. Speeches, honorees, sponsors and the crowd. Nonprofit rates available.

Company parties & milestones. Holiday parties, retirements, anniversaries and big birthdays.

03 THE WORK

Booths, stages
and the bar after.

A mix from the Greenlam and Suriname expo booths, a Topo Chico activation and a few private parties around Atlanta.

ADD-ON

Add a headshot station

to the event.

At a conference or a company event, I can set up a backdrop and lights in a corner and run headshots for anyone who wants one. All I need is about a 10 by 10 foot space and one outlet. It goes in the same quote as the coverage.

QUESTIONS

What event planners
usually ask.

How many photos will we get?

30 to 40 edited photos for every hour of coverage. A 2-hour event comes back with 60 to 80.

How fast do we get them?

3 to 5 business days. If you want a few to post while the event is still going, add a same-day sneak peek. Need the whole gallery sooner? There's a 48-hour option.

Will you organize group photos?

Yes. I mostly stay out of the way, but when it's time for the team photo, the sponsors or the award winners, I'll round people up and get it done quickly.

What should I send you?

The date, venue, hours of coverage and roughly how many people are coming. A schedule or run of show helps me know where to be and when.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes. Nonprofit rates are available. Tell me about the event and I'll put together something that works.

Got an event coming up?

Send me the date.
